Become a member in 3 simple steps: 

1. Review membership categories (above) and qualifications to determine eligibility

2. Apply for membership 

   1. Please attach one (1) letter of reference from an individual with whom you have had business dealings within the commercial real estate industry. The reference letter should confirm your professional responsibilities and the number of years of experience you have in the commercial real estate industry; (a member of the Edmonton CREW membership committee reserves the right to contact your reference)

   2. Your current, up-to-date resume or biography;

   3. Contact information for your current employer to verify current roles and responsibilities;

3. A cheque made out to Edmonton CREW Association. Payment will not be processed until you have been approved as a member.

Membership applications are accepted year-round; however, all CREW memberships follow a calendar-year cycle, expiring December 31. Renewal invoices are issued each November. Membership dues must be paid annually to maintain active membership.

To align with the calendar-year membership cycle, discounted dues are available for new members who join after June 15:

• June 15–September 30: New members pay a prorated rate for the remainder of the current calendar year.

• October 1–December 31: New members may join for the upcoming calendar year and begin receiving benefits immediately, providing up to 15 months of membership for the annual dues rate.

Membership is tied to the individual and is non-transferrable from person to person, within a company or otherwise. Membership dues are non-refundable.

Annual dues for membership in Edmonton CREW must be paid by cheque or credit card. The actual dues amount owed will be based on the membership category in which you are approved.
